Terms of Use

1. Free tools and advertising

EazyToolzy currently provides its publicly available tools free of charge. To support operation and development, advertisements may be placed on tool pages, results pages, or other areas of the website. Advertising availability does not create an obligation to keep every tool free, available, or unchanged forever.

2. Permission to use the service

You may use EazyToolzy for lawful personal or business purposes. You remain responsible for the files, text, domains, addresses, and other information you submit and for confirming that you have the rights and authority to process them.

3. Browser-side and server-side processing

Some tools run entirely in the visitor's browser. EazyToolzy does not impose a fixed file-size limit on those browser-side tools; practical capacity depends on the visitor's device memory, browser, file complexity, and available processing power. Very large jobs may slow down, fail, or cause the browser to close.

Other tools require server processing or third-party infrastructure. Those tools may enforce file-size, request, concurrency, duration, or rate limits to protect reliability and security. A displayed limit may change as infrastructure and tool behavior evolve.

4. Acceptable use

You must not use EazyToolzy to:

• Break the law, violate another person's rights, or process material you are not authorized to use.
• Upload malware, malicious documents, exploit code, or content intended to disrupt the service.
• Probe, scan, attack, overload, bypass limits, automate abusive traffic, or interfere with EazyToolzy or third-party systems.
• Use network and security tools against systems without authorization.
• Attempt to extract credentials, private data, source code, models, access tokens, or protected infrastructure.

EazyToolzy may block, rate-limit, suspend, or remove access when use creates risk or violates these terms.

5. Results and professional decisions

Tool results are generated automatically and may be incomplete, delayed, inaccurate, or affected by browser limitations, third-party data, remote servers, blocked network traffic, file corruption, or configuration differences. You must review results before relying on them. EazyToolzy is not a substitute for legal, financial, medical, security, engineering, or other professional advice.

6. Availability and changes

Tools are provided on an “as available” basis. EazyToolzy may update, replace, restrict, pause, or discontinue a tool, provider, interface, or feature without guaranteeing uninterrupted access. Maintenance, internet failures, browser incompatibility, third-party outages, or excessive demand may affect availability.

7. Ownership

You retain your rights in the content you submit. You grant EazyToolzy the limited permission required to transmit and process that content to perform the requested operation. The website design, branding, original software, and documentation remain protected by applicable intellectual-property rules. Open-source and third-party components remain governed by their respective licenses.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EazyToolzy is provided without warranties of accuracy, fitness, merchantability, non-infringement, availability, or error-free operation. EazyToolzy and its operators will not be responsible for lost files, lost profits, business interruption, security incidents outside reasonable control, incorrect results, or indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

9. Privacy, advertising, and changes

Use of the service is also subject to the Privacy Policy and Google Advertising & AdMob Policy. EazyToolzy may display Google advertising or custom direct advertisements that link to third-party websites. A visitor who follows an advertisement becomes subject to that advertiser's own policies and terms. These terms may be updated as the service changes. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply from their stated effective date.
