Help us reproduce a problem

• The tool name and page address.
• Your browser and device type.
• The action you took and the result you expected.
• The error message, if one appeared.
• A small invented example that demonstrates the problem.

For file tools, the format, approximate file size, and page count are often enough to start. Please do not email passwords, API keys, identification documents, medical records, financial statements, or other confidential files. Create a non-sensitive sample if the problem depends on particular content.

Privacy requests

Use the same support address for privacy questions or requests. Describe the request without attaching sensitive records. The privacy policy explains tool input, server-side lookups, website analytics, and advertising technology.

Before sending a report

Keep your original file and inspect the actual download. Check the tool’s supported formats and limitations, and try a smaller non-sensitive example. If a browser extension blocks scripts or downloads, the tool may not be able to complete the task.
