Privacy Policy

1. Encrypted transfers and file processing

Connections to EazyToolzy use HTTPS/TLS encryption while information is transferred between your browser and the service. You should confirm that your browser displays a secure HTTPS connection before submitting files or information.

Browser-side tools

Where a tool is identified as browser-side, the selected file or entered content is processed locally on your device. The working file is not uploaded to EazyToolzy.

Server-side tools

Some tools require server processing. A file submitted to one of those tools is encrypted in transit and held only temporarily for the requested operation. EazyToolzy does not keep uploaded files as permanent storage. Temporary working copies are deleted automatically after processing, download, expiry, or failed-job cleanup.

EazyToolzy does not sell uploaded files, read their contents for advertising, or send uploaded files or tool contents to advertisers.

2. Network tools

Network tools process the hostname, domain, IP address, port, or related request you enter. A measurement may originate from an EazyToolzy or third-party measurement server rather than directly from your device. Speed tests may interact with LibreSpeed, M-Lab, or Cloudflare, which receive the technical information needed to perform the selected test under their own policies.

3. Website analytics and operational logs

EazyToolzy may process page views, tool actions, approximate country, device and browser type, operating system, language, screen size, referring page, errors, request time, rate-limit events, and a privacy-preserving visitor or session identifier. This information supports website operation, usage statistics, performance, security, abuse prevention, and troubleshooting. It is not intended to identify visitors by name.

4. Accounts and administrator information

If login or subscription features are enabled, EazyToolzy may process account identifiers, authentication records, plan status, and settings needed to provide those features. Passwords are intended to be stored as one-way password hashes rather than readable passwords.

5. Advertising, no sale of data, and limited disclosure

EazyToolzy does not sell personal information. It does not provide uploaded files, converted documents, images, text entered into tools, or generated results to Google or other advertisers.

The website may use Google AdSense, and related EazyToolzy mobile applications may use Google AdMob. Google advertising technology may independently receive limited technical information such as cookies or similar identifiers, IP address, approximate location, browser or device information, and ad impressions or interactions. This is used for ad delivery, frequency control, fraud prevention, consent, and measurement under Google's policies. See the Google Advertising & AdMob Policy.

Custom direct advertisements

EazyToolzy may display custom banner advertisements below homepage search, between homepage tool sections, and in separate positions on individual tool pages. Each position can independently show a custom banner, a Google AdSense unit, or no ad. Custom banners can rotate and may link to an advertiser's external website. Displaying a custom banner hosted by EazyToolzy does not by itself send uploaded files, entered text, or tool results to the advertiser.

EazyToolzy records aggregate custom banner views and link clicks by placement, graphic, and date for advertiser reporting. A view is counted when the banner becomes visible on screen. Reports do not contain visitors' names or tool contents. Google ad reporting is managed separately through Google.

If you click a custom advertisement, you leave EazyToolzy and enter the advertiser's website. That website may collect technical or personal information under its own privacy policy and terms. EazyToolzy does not control an advertiser's external website, and visitors should review its policies before submitting information.

6. Service providers and legal requirements

Limited information may be processed by hosting, infrastructure, analytics, consent, security, and measurement providers only when needed to operate the service. Information may also be disclosed when legally required or necessary to protect users, EazyToolzy, or the public. EazyToolzy does not claim ownership of submitted files or text.

7. Retention and security

Uploaded working files are not retained as permanent server files. Short-lived technical logs, aggregated analytics, security events, and legally required records may be retained separately; these records are not intended to contain uploaded file contents. EazyToolzy uses reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

8. Your choices, children, and contact

You may avoid submitting confidential information, manage cookies in your browser, use consent controls where offered, or stop using a tool. EazyToolzy is a general-audience utility website and is not intentionally designed to collect personal information from children.
